How to Protect Your Skin from the Sun

The outside is hotter and hotter, 30 degrees of high temperature is really unbearable, the sunshine is bright, but do you know your skin will be damaged if you stay a long time in the outdoors. Editors recommend several suggestions about how to protect your skin from the sun.
To minimize skin damage from the sun, follow these guidelines:

1.Long-term exposure to the sun's ultraviolet (UV) rays can damage your skin. So in order to protect it, you’d better stay out of the sun between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m., when the rays are at their strongest. Seek shade when you're outdoors. I think all of us know it. ^_^

2.Wear a hat, preferably with a 4-inch brim all around, to effectively cover your face, neck and ears. If you have long hair, it is better. Wear long sleeves and long pants, making sure they're made of tightly woven fabrics.

3.Use sunscreen with a sun protection factor (SPF) of at least 20 every day to help protect against incidental sun exposure; reapply it after swimming or sweating.

4.Remember that some ultraviolet radiation will penetrate water and windows, so you always need protection.

5.Avoid indoor sunlamps and tanning beds, since they can be more harmful to your skin than the sun.

In the end, you should remind yourself everyday, although it sounds easy to do, but not every person can do it everyday, coz it is hard to stick to.
